xcode server keep tipping over

We have several Mac mini servers running as our xcode build servers. They worked well before our latest upgrade. Now with OS X Yosemite 10.10.3, xcode 6.3.1 and Server app 4.1. Xcode server couldn't stay up for more than 24 hours. We have to reboot the servers everyday to keep them working.

We have tried to 'sudo xcrun xcscontrol --reset' command and it didn't fix the issue.

Anyone else has the similar issue? Any suggestions?
