i can not on or off firewall

i can not on or off firewall and other option in security & privacy , because authentication is locked and when i click on lock icon to open it , it is on authenticating (not open anyway)

macbook pro 13 retina early 2015*(MF839)

You must set a non-empty login password in the Users & Groups preference pane in order to unlock the Security & Privacy pane.

Hi

i set a password but it dosent work correctly , when i click on " click the lock to make changes" dont open and it remain to authenticating
