Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I seem to have problems with the App Store.

When I try to log in by entering my password and clicking "Login", the box simply highlights the password box again and gives no other messages. I'm certain it's the right password.


It's a new Macbook, 13-inch, 2,26GHz, 4GB RAM, 320GB, NVIDIA.


It is running on OS X Mountain Lion, and I was trying to upgrade it to OS X Yosemite.
