I cannot log in to my Apple ID with correct information

i basically logged out of my apple account cause I couldn't buy any apps with balance which was valid theN after I logged out I tried to log back in and couldn't I reset my apple password and logged in to apples website to make sure I had the right password and when I type my information into app store no notificatio comes up saying that I wrote some thing wrong it just simply won't log in Please help me quickly😟
