installing FFMPEG FFPROBE executable binaries

Hi, I'm not a programmer, but I need to install ffprobe for some command line software that I'm using. I was able to download the executable binaries from this website. http://ffmpegmac.net/

But now that I have the files, I don't know how to install them, and most of the help I'm finding online is a little over my head, as I have no programming experience. Could someone help me out with this?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)
