All Favorites and Bookmarks mysteriously deleted?

For some reason all of my favorites and bookmarks mysteriously disappeared in my iPhone 5s? I didn't touch anything and it mysteriously just deleted everything!!!! Need help please! (FYI my iPhone also said that it was out of memory, is it because of that?)

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.2

Also my reading list is gone! Seriously so many problems with Apple products!

Wow ***? I signed in and out of my iCloud account and now all of my Safari favorites, bookmarks, and reading list is on my iPhone! I WANT MY F****** FAVORITES AND READING LIST FROM MY IPHONE BACK!
