At the genius bar in the Apple store, I have been given 3 different "made for replacement" phones and all of them have had hardware problems. On one, the headphone jack didn't work. On all of them though, the display is loose and clicks in the corners. They say all they can do is give me a replacement and not a brand new box. Is there anyway I can though?

Sell one of the replacement iPhones on the open market and buy a new iPhone 6.
Is this what they do for the $300 out of warranty replacement? I need a replacement as well. Do they only offer you used phones??!
If your iPhone is more than 14 days old they will offer a service replacement phone. This model may be new or it may be refurbished there is no way to tell.
The replacement unit is an Apple "refurbished" phone, guaranteed to be like new and with many parts replaced for new ones.
That's what is specified in your warranty.
How can you get a new phone and not a "made for replacement" phone?
