iPhone 6 cannot detect wifi & bluetooth

My iPhone 6 is currently running on iOS 8.3. Just recently, I noticed decreased battery life (e.g my phone's at 40% before I sleep, then after about 6 hours my phone's empty). I cannot detect wifi networks and bluetooth as well. Already did the reset network and phone, still the experiencing these issues.
