From your post I see you're getting a popup in Safari which is warning you of a blue screen of death and registry error. Since these things apply to Windows PC's and not your Mac, it's safe to say it is a malicious popup. As far as getting rid of it, and learning about these pop-ups, I recommend following through the user tip linked to below by John Galt.
