What does this email I received from apple exactly mean?

A couple days ago, I shipped off my iPhone to apple for a repair. I just got this email & I need clarification of what exactly does it mean.. Does it mean they've sent me a replacement phone? I asked because some people on here told me Apple would send my phone back not repaired because of some missing screws.. this is what the email says:
