I would like to move some of the movies in my iTunes on my Mac to iCloud so I free up space on my Mac. Can I do this? I am willing to purchase extra storage if necessary.
If this isn't possible, is there a way to delete a movie that I purchased on iTunes but if I want to watch it again in the future will I need to buy it again?

That’s automatic if allowed for a given movie in your country and that movie is still available in the iTunes Store; content can be removed from it at any time. You’re probably better off putting them on an external hard drive instead of relying on the iCloud copies.
