I cant sign into iCloud

Ok. So lately some crazy stuff has been happening on my iPod 5. Such as random new apps I've deleted, Apps BEING deleted, and not being able to do basically anything.

So I just decided to reset my iPod 5 to the start.

Well, I cant. I type in my correct password ( I even changed it 3 times! ) and I get this message:

Verification Failed

There was an error connecting to iCloud.

I dont know what to do. I'm pretty stressed out because all this stuff has been happening.

Also, note this.

- I've already tried resetting network settings

- I've been doing this for 3 days now

- God help me
