Ever since i have gotton the new software for my iphone 5s its been crashing and going to a blue screen then the apple logo then the blue screen again and for me to make the phone work I have to plug it to my charger and it also randomly freezes

You can try a hard reset, hold the sllep/wake button and the home button at the same time and hold for 10 seconds. This should reboot the device. If this fails to work you will need to attach the device to your computer and do a restore in itunes.
