Q: My phone i touch fingerprint is not working and it shows as failed

MY iPhone 6 I touch finger print is not working anymore.. Every time I go on itouch and try to activate it, it just shows me failed try again later it has been a week and it still doesn't work.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

Howdy sofiacutelol,

If you are having an issue with touch ID on your iPhone, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

Use Touch ID on iPhone and iPad - Apple Support

Start with the section titled Clean the Touch ID sensor, and then if the issue is not resolved, go to the section titled Get help with Touch ID.
