My apple ID won't work/Facetime and iMessage won't activate

My Apple ID won't work. I discovered this when I removed the SIM to my iPhone 5 and discovered that Facetime refused to work. I put the SIM back into the iphone and went to see if it solved the problem. It didn't solve the problem, but I did discover that my Facetime would not activate. I tried everything to fix this, I rebooted several times, made sure that my time and location where correct, I even reset my Apple ID password! And It still won't work! Please! Someone please help me! I've been sent in circles and I'm sick of it! Please Help!
