The font size in the dashboard items (not actual apps) is too small to read.

Once I updated my iPhone to iOS 8.3, the font size in the dashboard items (not actual apps) is too small to read. I can increase the text for messages, emails, etc, but when on the home screen or subsequent home screens, they white text is too small to read. How can I also increase the size of that text?
