Copying all files from an older iPhone to a new one

I just got an IPhone 6, the service was moved to the new phone and I need to copy all my email, contacts etc from the old phone to the new. I thought I would have been able to do but need help.

The new phone call it IPhone6Dee, the old phone is calledIPhone5Dee. How do I get the data from

IphoneDee5 to PhoneDee6 ?
