My snapchat app is stuck loading at around 3/4s of the way done.

My snapchat app has been stuck loading for over a week now. I have tried hard reboots. I have tried to delete it (the app stays there when I delete it) and reinstall it but it stops at the same place every time. I have even tried backing it up. I have tried installing it on my computer and syncing it to my phone. HELP ME
