Extra Safari Icon on Far Right Side of Dock

After i wiped my 10.10.3 Yosemite and re-installed, i noticed i now have an extra Safari icon that shows up on the right side of the dock. (See screenshot). If I hover over the icon t says "Safari from MAC". If i click it, it disappears and launches Safari, and takes me to Netflix. It then pops up again after a few seconds.

Anybody now what this is or how to remove it?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

On your Mac, go to System Preferences > General and uncheck the Allow Handoff setting.
