ipad4 stopped working

ipad4 stopped working. replaced battery and digitizing screen. Ipad work respond at all. want to replace lcd screen but I'm looking for needle in hay stack. any advice will be appreciated. don't want to spend a fortune to fix it. This happened only 13 months of owning it. I was really happy with product.
