PC doesn't recognize my iPhone when I plug it in
When I plug my iPhone 5c and 6 into my computer (which I have used before) it will not recognize it. I have the latest version of iTunes. Please help!
iPhone 5c, iOS 8.3, also with iPhone 6
Keep the device on and plugged into your computer. On Windows, go to Control Panel, click on Hardware and Sound, click on Devices and printers,
your device should be under "Unspecified", right click on the device and select troubleshoot. Windows should repair the issue.
