I can't able to download apps in my new ipad its free apps.. just null icon launched and waiting stage.. Plz help me

Hi Have you entered your bank card details in itunes bottom of Page click on Apple ID If you have just sign out of itunes then sign back in . Then try apps again . Cheers Brian
