Network Preferences OSX 10.9.5

I recently had to re-install from scratch my system (clean reinstall).

I could not use Time Machine to do the job since there were problems that I did not wont to be representing themselves.

I have resolved most of the issues through selective use "RESTORE" through Time Machine, however I have lost all of my favorite networks and relative passwords in my Network Preferences.

Where can I find those files so that I can restore them too?...

Thanks

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)

Try

/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration

Saved Passwords might be in your

~/Library/Keychains

These are both directories where network preferences and keychain information are stored
