My Siri does not work when I press home button, but it does work with my headset.

I am having a difficulty with Siri not working when I press down my home button. My microphone does work on all of my other apps (ex: Snapchat, call, camera) but I'm not sure the issue. I cleaned my phone today.

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.3
