my iPad is disable but when i connect to iTunes , it not working how to i get back normal/

I have iPad when i enter too many time pass codes now my iPad is disable and it said connect to ITunes. When i connect it to ITunes but on the ITunes said can't connect your IPad .Please enter the pass codes. but i can't do it Please help me to resolve and how to get it back normal.
