Contacts photo

Hello,

I have a MacBook Pro and (2) iphones.

When I create a new contact on my MacBook and introduce a picture on the other devices that same picture always appears differently in other devices (usually above).

And on my iPhone when I put the picture so that you have the image in the right place at the MacBook appears again in the wrong place.

What is up?

What can I do to fix this?
