Q: Icloud Photo library has not updated in 21 days, can you please advice?

Icloud Photo library has not updated in 21 days, i got this message and i realized that in photolibrary does not include photos from 20 th of May and then. Can you help?

    Just turned on and upgraded storage on iCloud for photos and the first 1500 or so photos have apparently uploaded successfully, however, the Photos application shows uploading has stuck at uploading with 600+ photos to go and hasn't moved for hours. It seems there are a lot of people who are in a similar situation as me I would like some answers from Apple. Any help would be appreciated.

    Problem resolved after i turned of the iCloud photo library (beta) and then I turned it on again. After this, photos started to upload in library as normally.
