Keyboard Dictionary not resetting

Phone: iPhone 6

IOS: 8.3

Hello Apple,

I am unable to reset my keyboard dictionary. My predictive text has words, I need to clear but for some reason I am not able to clear these words.

Things tried:

- Settings > General > Reset > Reset Keyboard Dictionary

- Add new dictionary, delete, re-add.

I am not sure if this a bug on ios 8.3
