After a computer crash I had to add my library back to a computer. iTunes does not see all my videos. I cannot "add file to library". How do I add my video files to iTunes?

It is also possible that the computer is running 64-bit Windows but needs to the assistance of QuickTime to play the video files it has so far ignored. If so you may find that installing iTunes for Windows (64-bit — for older video cards) and QuickTime resolves things for you.
