can't connect with GAME CENTER thru PLDTDSL from the Philippines

Hello!

"Unable to connect to server. The requested operation could not be completed due to an error communication with the server."

I'm from the Philippines and i am using PLDTDSL as my internet provider. Since May 16th i am having trouble connecting to GAME CENTER. But should i use a different internet provider like GLOBE, SUN or SMART, i don't have a problem connecting with GAME CENTER.

I'm using iPad2,5 with ios 8.3

I tried using other iPad mini unit but still the same error.

I even tried to use my neighbor's PLDTDSL internet just to isolate if my problem is with my modem or line itself, but still i get the same problem.

But When using iPod touch 4,1 i don't have a problem connecting with GAME CENTER.
