Fan Ramps Up when Screen saver turns on +

I have a new Retina Macbook pro, I am using the Elgato Dock with a hard drive, Usb stick, HDMI monitor, Power cable hooked up to it. the computer works and responds 100% until the computer goes to sleep, as soon as it goes to sleep the fans ramp up very high. it does not do this when the Elgato is not plugged in. I also have 2 other of the same computers in the office hooked up 100% the same way and neither of them have this problem. This computer is running parallels with 8.1 and the other 2 are running windows 7 & Parallels. I have done SMC Reset, with no results.
