Photos edge blur missing

I really dislike the new 'Photos' compared to 'iPhoto'. Enough to make me consider using Photoshop Elements as my new main editing software. One of the main reasons is the removal of the EDGE BLUR feature. The 'vignette' adjustments only allow for a lighter or darker vignette. This is not the same as a simple blurred vignette. Am I missing something?
