Why am I unable to cancel the 'Magic Piano" app? My free month is not even two weeks into the month and I have tried unsuccessfully numerous times. I neither want or need this app.

How have you tried to unsubscribe to the app ? There are instructions on this page for managing and stopping auto-renewing subscriptions : Manage your auto-renewing subscriptions.

Hi Go to itunes bottom of page click Apple ID go to manage Subsciptions make sure the apps You don't want can't take any more money . Cheers Brian
I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel the "magic Piano" app within 72 hrs of enrolling for free month. Have just been charged $2.99. Do NOT want this app. Help please!
