iPhoto update won't download because of Yosemite, not sure what to do!

My storage on my phone is full and I want to upload some of my pictures to iPhoto. However, it says that the update is "not available in the U.S. store" and then proceeds to tell me that it isn't compatible with Yosemite (which, I believe I downloaded a while ago).

Can't find a way around it and my phone is bugging out because it is so full. Any suggestions?
