If I buy an iMac which has a Spanish model number (MC814Y/A), when I set it up, is there an easy option to select UK as the setup language & settings?
Will it just be the keyboard that is different?

1. Yes. You’ll be given the option to do so when setting it up.
2. Any printed documentation, as well as the computer’s power plug, may be different.

In Setup Assistant it will ask what language to use, you can also use System Preferences - Language to change the language any time you choose.

With regards to the power plug. Are the power supplys attached? Or can you simply buy a UK power cord?

Ok so on iMacs the power cords are fixed internally? Not like say the Apple Airport Extreme, where the power supply can be removed?

Power cords are removeable, however a plug adapter is all that is needed. IMacs are international.
