How to eliminate purchased movies from my iPad/icloud?

How can I eliminate videos on my iPad that show they are in the Cloud, but they are not in the Cloud.

iPad Mini, iOS 8.3

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

It sounds like you want to delete movies, which were purchased from the iTunes Store, in the Videos app on your iPad. The article linked below will walk you through the process of deleting movies that don’t have the iCloud icon next to them.

If they show that they are in the cloud, then they are in the cloud. Since you can never delete a purchase from iTunes, they have to be in the cloud. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID forever.

If they have the cloud icon next to them and you want them to not appear in the videos app go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Show All >Videos>Off.
