Jun 4, 2015 9:04 AMby Demo,If they show that they are in the cloud, then they are in the cloud. Since you can never delete a purchase from iTunes, they have to be in the cloud. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID forever.
If they have the cloud icon next to them and you want them to not appear in the videos app go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Show All >Videos>Off.
