Window stuck at top of screen

I have imac iOS x 10.10.3. I am using "nugent20e" which is the name of the program on the cd that came with mosses' nclex rn review. I moved the question window to the top of my screen and now i cannot access the menu and center it. I tried using the mac editor with no success. I cannot zoom the window either. I also tried changing the resolution of my mac. Please help!
