Is itunes match down?

Is the server down? Can't access any of my music on any device or network. All grayed out.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

I am trying to reconnect my iTunes library to iTunes match and the connection keeps timing out. I checked the server status page from the link provided, and everything is green.

At this point I am unable to connect my iTunes to iTunes match or iTunes genius.
