iTunes Store location
my apple Id is linked to the Mauritian iTunes and iBooks store and I need to buy stuff from the USA store.
how do I do it?

What country are you in ? You have to be in a country to use its store, so unless you are in the US with a US billing address then you cannot use the US store.
