Can't disable EPSON WF-2530 printer colour management, please help

I cannot find a way to disable the EPSON WF-2530 printer colour management, the option to do so is not available in the drop-down menu that all the guides display.

I am using MAC OSX 10.8.5 is this a problem specific to this operating system? I have reset the printing system as another guide suggested. All so far to no avail. I am trying to print something green, but the printer is only printing yellow.

Please help.
