Not able to update incoming mail server preference - not able to send/receive email

I am no longer able to send or receive email from my icloud account. It looks like the incoming mail server preference was changed to p11-imap.mail.me.com and I am not able to edit that field (it's grayed out). Now I can not send or receive mail. I tried disabling the account and it looks like I've lost all of my incoming and outgoing mail. PLEASE help!
