Why doesn't my iPad have panoramic or slo-mo camera?!

My sister has an iPad too, she has Panoramic on her camera functions! How can I not have? We both have iOS 8 and I have a folder on my iPads 'Photos' named Panoramic with the little icoN next to it so that when people send me panoramic pictures it saves in my panoramic folder. When I take pictures and crop it to the panoramic dimensions it also saves under 'panoramic' folder.

Please help!
