It depends on your Mac. BC Assistant does not yet support W10. W8.1 drivers should work. A better approach might be to install W8.1 and then upgrade to W10.

You may want to watch System requirements to install Windows on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support .
so I can upgrade win7 to win10 using windows update utility when its release without re-install through Boot Camp?
Yes, but be aware of possible driver issues.
it took ½ year to get win8.1 official drivers
This is so depressing to hear:-( I hope they work faster this time around!
well only 2 out 3 boots gave me a fatal bluescreen using win8 drivers on win8.1 and win7 drivers on win8
in my case it was the amd video card driver
