My iOS developer dues expired, though I paid just in time - now I can't sign up again. I'm only able to sign up as Mac developer. If I pay the $99 will I still be able to sell my 2 apps in the Apple store?
If you are saying your account expired, then you didn't pay just in time.
The Mac developer account is not related to the iOS developer account in any way.
Did you look here: https://developer.apple.com/support/ios/enrollment.php ?
Thanks so much - so weird, I did get an iTunes Connect thank you email for renewing my member ship last week, but it was showing that my 2 apps were just "pending"…I supposed I panicked and have no back-up support. So appreciate whoever you are for responding:)

You will have to contact Apple Developer Support. If you let your membership lapse, Apple pulls all of your apps from the Store. That also probably requires re-establishing all of your banking and tax agreements, etc. All of this takes time even under the best of circumstances. But once you put yourself out of the automated, mainstream flow, you have to ask for a human to resolve things. It won't be fast.
