My iphone keeps turning off and goes into a blue screen? Help!

Hello Ays3,


From your post it sounds like your phone is randomly restarting to a blue screen for no apparent reason. I would start by resetting the phone:


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.


If it persists after that try and make a backup to iTunes on your computer with this article:


How to back up your devices using iCloud or iTunes


Then restore it with iTunes:


Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
