All my photos from my photo stream won't show up in other apps

All of my pictures are showing up in my photostream but when I go into other apps like google drive or picstitch I go to upload a photo to it and I go to the all photos album but only 45 of them show up. I DONT know how to make the rest of my pictures show up. No matter how many times I close it and reopen it, it still has the same amount. Please help me.
