The document contains a link with instructions on how to restart, and reset the device. If that does not work, you can try to restore from backup, or restore as new. If none of these things work, then you would need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider, depending on your location.
