Unresponsive Apple Help

If apple knows screens can become unresponsive and make phones unusable, they should have more ways to contact than just with the phone. I have spent a very long time trying to figure out how to get the serial number or email them but cannot do either. They need to have an email for people who are unable to make it to an apple store at the time and whose phone screens are unresponsive. Being unable to contact support when I have a problem with their product is not very comforting.

You can use the following support document to try and troubleshoot your problem with the touchscreen. If the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond to touch - Apple Support

The document contains a link with instructions on how to restart, and reset the device. If that does not work, you can try to restore from backup, or restore as new. If none of these things work, then you would need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider, depending on your location.
