I bought my iPhone as new,but it seems to me that he was refurbished, how can I know this?

What leads you to believe it was refurbished? If you purchased it new it would have come in a sealed box.

Where did you purchase the device? What makes you think that it was refurbished? Generally, one cannot tell if the device was refurbished.
I'm living in Ukraine and as I know we don't have official resellers so I think you are don't now this store. What makes me think that it was refurbished.. as I said, it's not official reseller, box is not like the original and today I checked my iPhone by serial number using this service http://appstudio.org/models/FD298ZA and saw that it was refurbished.
Then you purchased a refurbished phone. Take that up with whom ever sold it to you if you believe you have been ripped off.

Well, I would not rely on those websites, but what happens when you put the serial number in this Apple Site? https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do
And, if you do not purchase from Apple or an Authorized Reseller you run the risk of getting whatever you get.

Okay, whether it is refurbished or not, your warranty is good until that time. Even if it is refurbished, it is still under warranty. However, depending on when you bought it, determines if it has been replaced or not. The date you show says the device was put in service a year before that date.

Apple refurbished devices can only be sold by Apple. What do you mean by "can it be refurbished before I activate him?" You say your made this purchase last October. I've seen the statement certified pre-owned used for a lot of things, but an iPhone is not one of them. Where are you seeing this?

What do you mean by "warranty begins again after refurbishing?" Are you asking about getting the device refurbished again? If you get a refurbished device from Apple, they come with a warranty. If that device gets replaced, it gets the balance of the warranty or 90 days, whichever is longest.
I've never seen "certified pre-owned" on a box. Who knows where that device came from.
