Q: itunes freezes ang get stuck after clicking on "apps" - HELP

hi

for a couple of months now, after connecting my iphone and clicking on "app" -  itunes just freezes ang get stuck.. and I need to reload my computer.

I tried deleting the app from the computer and downloading again, but the same problem accures.. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO??
