Problem with billing card

Hello, I've got big problem with billing info.

I didn't have this problem before. I had card and there wasn't any problem to pay for something & etc. via iTunes & AppStore

It happened 2 days ago, when I just wanted to update some apps on my iPhone it asked me for edit billing info and doesn't accept the same card, oh my god, now I can't to update anything with my Apple ID... The same thing on my MacBook Pro...

Please help me to solve it.
